• Subscription: Recurring payments from Fans to Creators in exchange for access to exclusive content.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are responsible for securing your wallet credentials and private keys.

6. Subscription Services

Creators may offer subscription services to their Fans. When you subscribe to a Creator:

• You agree to recurring payments for the subscription period selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods.
• Access to subscription content will continue until the end of your billing period.
• Creators determine the content and frequency of posts available to subscribers.

7. Fees and Payments

FansFans charges fees for certain services on the Platform. These fees are outlined during the relevant transactions. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your activities on the Platform.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By making payments on the Platform, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions as well.

FansFans respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it on the Platform as described above.
